10 And when he saw the vision, immediately we[a] sought to go forth to Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to announce-the-good-news-to them.

11 And having put-to-sea from Troas, we ran-a-straight-course to Samothrace, and on the following day to Neapolis. 12 And from there we went to Philippi, which is a city of the first[b] district of Macedonia, a colony[c]. And we were spending some days in this city.
